How pricing works
The plan you need depends on how many frameworks you work towards, which modules you use and how much support you want from us.
What is included
What every plan includes
Startup covers the core compliance and audit work. Growth and Enterprise add the other modules, such as vendor risk and the trust centre, and allow more frameworks.
- Compliance management. Adopt frameworks from the catalogue, then map a control once and reuse it wherever another framework asks for the same thing.
- Evidence. Evidence sits against the control it supports, and every change is written to the tamper-evident activity log.
- Risk register. Likelihood, impact, treatment plan and owner for each risk.
- Policies and documents. Policy templates and a place to manage your documents.
- Audit planning. Plan your internal audit calendar, track findings and run management reviews.
- Compliance dashboard. Gap analysis and progress for the frameworks you have adopted.

Is Certifyi priced per user?
No. Certifyi is priced per organisation. Compliance leads, risk owners, IT administrators and auditors can all use it.
What is the contract length?
Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year agreements with committed pricing are available for organisations that prefer them. Contact sales for details.
Is there a free trial?
We run guided demos and proof-of-concept periods, so you can try Certifyi with your own data and frameworks. Contact sales to arrange one.
Can I migrate from another GRC tool?
Yes. The onboarding team works with you to bring across your controls, evidence and risk data from spreadsheets or the tool you use now.
Are all modules included?
On Growth and Enterprise, yes. Those plans include every module, including vendor risk, incident management and the trust centre. Startup includes the core compliance and audit modules. Moving to Growth adds the rest.
What happens if I need more frameworks later?
You can add frameworks at any time. If you reach your plan’s framework limit, you move to the next tier and your existing data, controls and evidence carry over.
