How it works
When you onboard a vendor in Certifyi, they receive credentials for a dedicated portal scoped to their engagement. It shows them what you need from them.

Supplier workspace questions
Do vendors need a Certifyi licence?
No. Vendors receive portal credentials scoped to their relationship with your organisation. They do not need a full platform licence.
How are responses secured?
The portal uses the same controls as the main platform: your own database, and role-based access scoped to the vendor relationship.
What happens when a vendor relationship ends?
When an engagement or vendor relationship ends, portal access is revoked automatically. Historical data is kept for audit purposes.
